Spring Brook Construction’s roots span back to 1995, when Pete Elftmann and one employee began building homes in the then newly developed Spring Brook Resort Community. As the resort community’s neighborhoods grew, so did Spring Brook Construction.

The new resort community soon evolved into a golf resort community; complete with a golf course, club house complex, and restaurant. With these new amenities available, home buyers began desiring high-quality homes. With this in mind, Spring Brook Construction sought out and found Stratford Homes. Since 1998, Stratford Homes and Spring Brook Construction have been partnering to bring well-built high-quality homes to the Spring Brook Resort and surrounding communities.

Spring Brook Construction has not only become one of the area’s more reputable home builders, but also is known for it’s expertise in remodels, additions, decks, garages, landscaping, and lawn irrigation systems.

The Spring Brook Construction Team is now comprised of over 30 skilled carpenters, craftsmen and specialists dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction.
